It has the default admin programming password, which is tbc_admin and it is clean and ready to go. It programs using a normal web browser (I used Chrome) connected via standard ethernet patch lead. There is no programming software everything is located on the base, you just connect and change it. You just need to set an ethernet connection on your PC that is on the same IPV4 subnet as the repeater, Google AI explained to me how to do that.
I'll own up at this point that I have not got my head round configuring the base which came off a larger system and didn't have the patience/time to configure it standalone, so just tested with the calibration options. I can't therefore offer any advice on configuration.
