This is a vintage Sterling silver pin by Modernist artist Frances Holmes Boothby dating from about the 1950s. The pin is a handcrafted shore bird design that measures approximately 2 1/4 inches in length and 1 3/4 inches in width. The back is marked Sterling along with the "fhb" initial hallmark. The condition of the pin is very good with normal age and patina.
