Vintage 70's Black Polyester Smocked Puff Sleeve Babydoll Mini Dress Size XS/S

Measurements laying flat:

Bust 15-17" (elastic smocking)

Waist 13.5"

Length 34"

Shoulder 14"

No label tags. Vintage size 9. Lightweight polyester fabric with some stretch. Waist is a fixed measurement. Shown on a size small mannequin and it was snug. Would fit a size XS/S best. Elastic puff sleeves still have elasticity along with the smocking in the bust. Good vintage condition. Normal signs of wear are consistent with the age of the dress. Pre-owned item which may show signs of previous wash or wear.
