Upon docking at the first port of call or destination in the U.S., the mailbag was delivered to the U.S. land post office. Cancellation: To validate the postage and certify that the letter arrived on board, the port post office applied the "PAQUEBOT" mark along with the local date stamp of the U.S. city of arrival.
