Once again I'm writing to remind you that I love you with all my heart, body and soul, and miss you more than ever. I'll always love you Joan darling always.

As you know I have your letter No. 635 to answer, but first I'll tell you what I've been doing.

Being Wednesday I've had the afternoon off so I've slept it out, and I've been to the first house pictures, the film was "Queen of Spades". I thought it was very good indeed, darling.
