Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 - Custom or personalised orders or

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 

All items must be returned new and unused and in their original packaging.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

A refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the return.  

Postage costs are non refundable, only value of goods will be refunded.
