FOR ALL BUYERS OUTSIDE THE USA:  I CANNOT send your purchase with a tracking number unless you either purchase $100.00 or more from my store or else you pay $15.00 for shipping, even for just one card. This is all because the United States Postal Service has outrageous prices when it comes to mailing a letter that is not flexible. And credit cards are not flexible. I took a regular sized envelope with ONE credit card in it to the post office the other day and asked the clerk how much it would cost to ship it to France with tracking. I told her that the value was less than ten dollars. I was told that it would cost $46.25 to ship it with tracking!!

So, I am in the eBay international shipping program only for the sake of being able to ship outside the USA for one-third the price of what it costs me to ship directly from the post office. If you want to purchase something and not pay the $15.00, your card will simply be shipped via first class international mail, with a global forever stamp and NO TRACKING.
