Retro Hand Blown Glass Salad or Fruit Bowl with Teak Stand, Made in Thailand
This is a vintage Mid-Century Modern (MCM) glass salad bowl inside a sculptural teak wood cradle stand.
This distinct Danish-modern style serveware was highly popular during the 1960s and 1970s.

Design: A thick, clear blown-glass bowl nestled securely in a cross-legged X-shaped interlocking wood base.
Materials: Crafted using solid, genuine Teakwood (often imported from Thailand or Denmark).
Common Brands: Vintage editions of this exact design were prominently manufactured by brands like Dolphin, Gailstyn-Sutton (a Towle company), and Goodwood.
The cradle measures approx. 28.5cm wide x 9cm high. The Glass Bowl measures approx. 24cm in diameter x 12cm high
Together they measure 14cm high.
The bowl is in excellent condition with a few internal bubbles as to be expected, the stand is in very good condition, please see pictures.
