After an eBay Live show ends, all auctions will generate their own "video receipt." They can be found in "My Purchases -> Order Details". Video receipts are short video clips of the auction you won. If you do not see a video receipt, the show may not be over yet. Digital receipts are only generated for auctions that are paid for. Most eBay Live wins auto-pay but please check in case there was an issue with auto-payment that is preventing the digital receipt from showing.
All visible defects, flaws, or wear are shown and described during the live auction. Please review the live stream carefully before placing bids. We strive for accurate and transparent listings.
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
For the rare exceptions to this rule, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please message us directly and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
