Service / Maintenance Performed:

The unit was carefully opened and internally inspected/cleaned. The original vibration motor cushioning had aged and loosened over time, causing excess movement and rattling during vibration.

Soft internal cushioning material was professionally added around the vibration motor area to stabilize the motor and improve vibration feel during gameplay. The vibration now feels smoother and more stable during use.

No functionality issues found during testing.
