We handle five detailed condition levels:
Mint
Almost no traces of use, rubbers in top condition, lenses have no more than 1-2 dust particles internally and the glass is perfect. All functions work fully properly.
Very good
Minimal signs of use, very small scratches or damage may be present. Very minor damage to the lens or some dust particles may be present in the lens but will not affect the result.
Good
Normal signs of use, visibly used. Product has multiple scratches and/or traces of use. Multiple dust particles may be present in a lens. Minor damage to the glass may be present but will not affect the result.
Used
Clear signs of use such as scratches, LCD screen wear, and perhaps stiffer control rings. Lenses may show scratches or dust — no or minimal impact on the result. Moving parts such as buttons, zoom, and focus can sometimes get a little sturdier. All features still work fully properly unless otherwise stated.
Heavy Used
Used extensively with significant wear/damage. Fully functional unless otherwise stated. Lenses may suffer from dust or scratches on the lens and may have little effect on the result.
Products are classified based on appearance. If a camera has a high shutter count, it may still be in the "Almost New" condition — the price is adjusted based on the shutter count.
