An Energy Break is a Pokémon break where packs are assigned based on the Basic Energy card found inside each pack.

If a pack contains this Energy Type, the entire pack belongs to this spot, including all Pokémon cards, Trainer cards, Energy cards, and hits pulled from that pack.

All packs are opened live on stream and assigned based on the Energy card revealed in each pack.
