The pattern on this beautifully-simple, elegant tea cup and saucer is called "Manor Rose". The cup rests on a delicate 1/4" pedestal and the pieces are trimmed with platinum. Ancestral (aka Ancestral-Am Hostess) was a vintage china brand from the 1940s. It is known for floral patterns on fine translucent bone china. This set was made in the USA.
