Gorgeous silver plated, footed bridal basket with ornate edge decor, by The Meridan Silver Plate Co.
The basket has a lead flower and leaf decor all around its edge.
The decorated top (bowl) sits on a ornate pedestal with four decorated feet.
The basket is marked with "Made and Plated By" and the Serial number: 01663.
It also has the Meridan Silver Plate encircled lion hallmark.
The basket is approximately 10-3/4 inch (17 cm) in diameter and is approximately 3 inch (7.5 cm) high.
The item is old and used.
It has some scars (scratches) and scuffs. May have some tarnish spots.
