TMRs use magnets instead of potentiometers, no contact so they are resistant to the type of wear that typically causes "stick drift" and they are more precise than standard hall effects. 

TMR joysticks will last much longer than standard joysticks and are more precise using less battery power than hall effects. Like Hall Effects, they are about as close to a permanent anti-drift as you can get and they come with the added benefit of easier calibration if ever needed. 

Clicky Smart Triggers reduce travel for the R2 and L2 triggers, improving reaction time and reducing hand / joint stress. These triggers are fixed in place, making this controller ideal for first person shooters, such as CoD, but not great for games that require full travel, such as racing games.
