The 3030-411 Series feature a constant cut-in at 39°F. This constant cut-in on every cycle provides automatic defrost while maintaining food temperature at a safe level. Turning the dial will change the differential between the cut-in and cut-out temperatures, with cut-in always remaining fixed at 39°F.
