Makes authentic, fresh homemade pasta from scratch quickly and easily. Also includes a cleaning brush to easily remove bits of flour and pasta from the pasta roller. As the pasta roller should not be immersed in water or put in the dishwasher, the brush helps removing all bits of dough and pasta.
