Very good condition. The outer box is in very good condition with the hanging tab present and artwork/inlay in great shape. The manual has some warping from long term storage but is still good overall. The cartridge is in very good condition, tested and working. Sega Genesis release but will work on a PAL Megadrive with no adapter required.
