The hard hat features Bullard's signature Three Rib Design across the crown and includes custom novelty "BLUES ANYONE?" text and a sunglasses-wearing cartoon musician decal on the front, musical note graphics on the side, and a matching corporate novelty print on the back reading: "For help with the P.M.S.
