This is a antique Japanese or Chinese lacquered wooden box, featuring a hand-painted floral design with a bird on the lid. The lid is hinged. There is no key for this box. It is beautiful in its rustic way. It has been well loved and there is a crack on the lid. That being said it is still a solid piece. Please see all photos.
