Condition: Brand New.  These are genuine OEM Bose CD drive assemblies, the exact ones used in Bose Wave Music System III, IV, and compatible SoundTouch models. Each drive is brand new, never rebuilt, refurbished, or previously installed.

This sale is recommended for professionals.  Please ensure the CD drive is the source of your issue prior to purchase, as other components within the system can sometimes cause similar symptoms.  We would rather not make a sale than to have an unhappy customer!

All units are shipped with anti-static protection (Solder Bridge) in place (see picture 3), and also within an ESD Anti-Static plastic bag.  The solder bridge has to be removed before the unit will operate properly.

Because these are rare OEM electronic assemblies, all sales are final and returns cannot be accepted. Unfortunately, due to prior issues involving parts swapping, component exchanges, and marketplace-forced return abuse, we must maintain a strict no-return policy on these items.  

Please note: these newer-generation drives are designed specifically for Bose Wave Music System III, IV, and compatible SoundTouch models, and are not compatible with earlier Wave systems.

Shipping:   We will pack carefully and ship immediately upon purchase / payment.  Your item will be shipped insured, via USPS, UPS, or Fedex standard/ground shipping based on the best available service for your address.  

Please message us prior to purchasing if you have specific shipping requirements, or if you are: 1) outside of the Continental 48 or the eBay Global Shipping Program, or 2) if you want it shipped to a P.O. Box.  We ship a lot of high end audio equipment and will make sure it is packed appropriately to reach you in the listed condition and ready for use.  We do not profit on shipping.  Local pick-up in the Northern NJ area is also an option.
