This pen is a new old stock item (NOS), manufactured in the USA during the 1980s, and is in excellent working condition. There are no visible scratches or signs of wear from handling, and the pen has never been filled with ink. While it has been moved to various locations and stored for several years under less than ideal conditions, it may have a tiny mark or two.
