Sourced from Eryri (Snowdonia), each boulder is shaped by genuine glacial action over thousands of years, with the smooth, weathered surface and earthy greys, browns and speckled tones that only natural ice movement can produce. • Due to the size and weight of these boulders, please ensure suitable access is available — contact us before ordering if you're unsure

Delivery is made by large articulated vehicles with a tail lift and manual pump truck (no crane offload). Please note:

• Suitable access and a flat, level, obstacle-free surface are required for delivery
• If ground conditions are unsuitable, the driver may leave the box at the roadside/kerbside at their discretion
• It's the customer's responsibility to flag any access issues in advance and suggest an alternative drop-off point
• Delivery vehicles cannot enter restricted access or restricted parking zones
• Once a kerbside delivery is made, moving the product onward is the customer's responsibility
• We cannot accept liability for property damage caused where the customer has requested delivery to a location other than the kerbside
• Re-delivery charges will apply where a failed delivery is due to access issues
