These are vintage custom made hoops most likely modified for comfort and ear sensitivity issues.

The closure is stamped 585.( European marking for 14kt)

The hoop portion is stamped .925

The bubbles are most likely crystal.

No maker mark(most likely was on the closure part of the earring before it was modified.)

Depending on preference these earrings  could use a cleaning or they can be worn with aged patina. Beautiful either way!
