Description: This is a NYC FTA (Shell Only) kit. It is in HO scale and made by Stewart Hobbies. I am also listing lots of other Trains, Kit, Buildings, Locomotives & much more so, see the others listed at the link below as I combine on shipping!
Condition: This NYC (Shell only) kit is unused, with some sealed parts and still requiring assembly. Cosmetically, the shell is in excellent condition. Please note that the die-cast powered chassis is missing, making this an incomplete kit. For this reason, it is being offered as a used item. It is in its original box, which shows typical shelf wear, including blemishes, scratches, paint chips, wrinkles, stains, possible discoloration, and tears, yet it remains presentable for its age. Despite these imperfections, it is a unique kit and would make a great addition to any HO layout.
Final Note on my Description & Condition: I always try my best to describe the good the bad and the ugly of my trains; nevertheless please look closely at the photos with zoom feature as they are a part of the visual description and that way you can make your own judgment on the condition of the train so that there are not surprises and so that you know exactly what you are getting yourself, especially when everyone views condition differently.
