Description
The Asahi Pentax SMC Takumar 28mm f/3.5 is a highly regarded wide-angle lens from the legendary Takumar series, which earned worldwide recognition for its outstanding Japanese optical quality.
Featuring advanced SMC (Super Multi Coating) technology that later became the foundation of PENTAX lens development, it delivers sharp images, natural color rendition, and excellent resistance to flare and ghosting.
Its versatile 28mm focal length was especially popular for landscape and travel photography, while the low distortion design also makes it well suited for architectural and street scenes.
This MINT-condition example offers both the classic character of an admired vintage lens and the practicality of adapting it to modern mirrorless cameras.
This lens is in excellent condition with very minimal signs of use.
