You are buying a Karl Storz 20212134 NTSC telecam-c Camera Head with F=85 Lens Attachment.  This is a USED system that appears to be in good cosmetic condition.  I recently acquired this system from a local surgery center that closed its door.  I do not have a CCU to personally test the system, however, I was told by the Administrator that the camera head is functional.  System shown is the EXACT system that will ship.
