This is LEGO Advanced Models: Emerald Night (10194) - New - Unopened

I purchased this set directly from a Lego retail store in 2010. Overall in great condition and is factory sealed. Minor shelf wear is present  and there is a small crease on the front of the box (see photos) 

It has been carefully stored in an adult, non-smoking, low-humidity, climate-controlled, no-pets home since its first purchase.
