Welcome!  This is a King David Hotel of Jerusalem Hotel room booklet with a  map and advertisements and two room stationary envelopes.  These are dated between 1935 and 1938.  These are from the British mandate Era and were published by Buki-Tel Aviv and printed by the Palestine Publishing Co. Ltd.  It has a map of Jerusalem in the center with streets like Julian's Way and King George Avenue...There are historical ads for OTours and the Polish Air Lines LOT which began in 1935 and ended in 1939 when  WW II began. Also the famous Ludwig Mayer Books and Leica Hanania Bros shop.  The booklet is 33 pages.  The two envelopes are from the same time period.  They are in unused condition.  Lots of historical significance in this little booklet.  It does have a tear at the top of two pages as shown, but otherwise it is very good condition. It is 4 3/4" by 2 3/4".  Also has a pretty ad for the Adriatica, the vessel many Europeans and wealthy British elites took to Palestine.
