We offer free shipping to the Mainland UK only with a maximum of 2 days dispatch. We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pick up. Some of our items might get dispatched directly from our supplier or 3rd party fulfillment center. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, please allow 3-10 business days. We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.
Payment & Returns
We offer a 60-Day Return Policy for all of our items. If you received a defective item or you simply changed your mind, please contact us to provide you further instructions on the return & refund process. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
