    • The Vulcan Smoke Alarm is powered by 240V mains power and supported by a 9V 1-yr battery backup. The alarm is fitted with a test/hush/silence button to facilitate testing of the alarm. The silence function also allows the alarm and alarm system to be silenced in the case of a false alarm. Once fitted with the RF module, the alarm connects with up to 40 alarms on one wireless network. RF compatibility with the Ranger Battery Powered RF Smoke Alarm. RF module sold separately. Please note: An electrician is required for installation.
