All Renewed monitors, PCs, printers, and peripherals come with a 1-year limited return-to-base (RTB) hardware warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. This covers items that arrive damaged in transit or develop a hardware problem within 365 days of receipt, entitling you to repair, replacement (subject to stock), or a full RTB refund if repair/replacement is not possible. This warranty does not cover software or download issues, third-party repairs, user damage, or modified items—it applies to hardware failures only. Warranty begins on the day the item is received. Please contact us for return address details; returned goods must be received within 7 days of notifying us of a problem. Products not approved for return or received outside this timeframe are not covered. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Some products may also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which takes precedence where available and will be detailed in the product description. All products carry an individual, traceable serial number and UV pen markings, and pre-dispatch photos document any distinguishing features; variations from these invalidate the warranty.
