Description
Introduced in 1960 as a flagship lens of the Konica F system, the Hexanon 52mm F1.4 was a premium fast standard lens that achieved an impressive F1.4 aperture when high-speed film was still uncommon, making low-light photography more accessible.
Its 5-group, 7-element double-Gauss design delivers classic rendering with gentle character wide open and excellent sharpness when stopped down.
Built with durable all-metal construction and the high manufacturing standards of 1960s Japan, it remains highly regarded among vintage lens enthusiasts.
This example has been fully tested and confirmed to operate properly, and its rarity and scarce Konica F mount make it a desirable collector's item.
This lens is in excellent condition with very minimal signs of use.
