Condition - This is a vintage fountain pen featuring a lever-filling system, a barley pattern finish, and an "18CK" inscription on the clip. I must admit that, during my 15 years of experience working with writing instruments, this is the first time I have had difficulty identifying the manufacturer of a pen.

The pen originally came with a vintage Yard-O-Led box and paperwork and had been stored in that box for many years. Unfortunately, the box was damaged and is no longer included, although you can see it in the last photo. Because of the box, my initial assumption was that this was a Yard-O-Led fountain pen. The design of the pen, particularly the clip, also strongly resembles Yard-O-Led products.

However, the main question remains: I have never encountered a Yard-O-Led fountain pen equipped with a lever-filling system. For this reason, I have contacted Yard-O-Led directly and sent them photographs of the pen. I am still awaiting their response and will update the listing as soon as I receive further information.

In any case, the pen has many characteristics associated with Yard-O-Led. The nib is in good condition, and the ink sac has been replaced, so the pen is fully functional and ready to use. 

For a detailed view, kindly refer to the photos provided, they are an important part of the description. Some reflections or light spots may appear in the images due to lighting, but they do not indicate flaws on the pen itself. You will receive exactly the item shown in the photographs.
