Here's a custom Oriollo snare from Serbia that I had designed and built by Vukan in an experimental Vintage Glossy Bell finish. 6X14 Phantom shell with DW mini-mag throw and Oriollo wires and a like-new (1 gig) Evans HD dry. This drum pops with all that aluminum glory and throatiness. I've had 5 Oriollo's over the years and they were all fabulous drums but I've decided to go the steambent route for woodiness and less overall volume. My ears need a rest. Sadly.
