A beautiful vintage set of six Duralex Glass coffee or tea cups in chrome plated filigree holders presented on a chrome plated filigree tray. The six Duralex glasses made in France are 7cm (2.75“) tall with a diameter of 7cm (2.75”) at the widest point. Each glass holds approximately 130ml . The glasses are all in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. They are marked Made In France Duralex on the base and three of the glasses have the original Duralex sticker. The glasses each have a chrome plated filigree holder. These are marked Made In England on the base. The holders have some very minor age related wear consistent with age on the inside but are overall in very good vintage condition. The set is presented in a chrome plated tray. The tray has four ball feet. It has a filigree gallery and is decorated with a hammered finish. The tray is 25cm (9.8”) in length (excluding handles) and 29cm (11.4”) in length handle to handle. It is 16.8cm (6.6”) wide and 5.6cm (2.2”) tall at the tallest point. The tray is in very good vintage condition. In line with the age of the tray there are some very minor surface scratched where the glass holders stand and one very small brown tarnish spot on the tray. The chrome finish on the underside of the tray is not damaged but appears a little thin in places. The Tray is marked Made In England on one of the handles.
