Plays & sounds exactly as a D-45 should.
She is much loved and as a consequence has been played but never gigged or taken out of the house, therefore has just few cosmetic marks but nothing worth noting.
There is a small area with a little lacquer checking, this is not uncommon and barely noticeable.
