Damage

*On each & every purchase we try to  meticulously packaged in an effort to ensure items safely arrive.

*In the event an item is damaged in transit, please retain the shipping package, all of  the packing materials & all of the items within the package. 

      

DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY KEEP EVERYTHING TOGETHER UNTIL CLAIM IS COMPLETED.

*In order to make a claim against the shipping insurance - the item

& all the packaging and boxes must be inspected by a postal worker at the post office per USPS instructions.

*Send a message to me ASAP.

Message must include attachment with photo(s) illustrating damage to item + separate photo illustrating condition of packaging.

RETURNS

*Returns accepted within 30 days.

*Shipping is non-refundable.

*Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

*Refund for item will be provided when item is returned back to me in the same condition that it was sent to the buyer.
