Stanshall was a trained artist [he studied at Central School of Art in London] and a very good one [particularly his prints] - but he is most famous for being the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band frontman - a wonderful band - look them up on Youtube - he is a cult figure now. They supported many of the top bands in the 1960s in the UK and USA - including Cream
