This multimeter is in good vintage used condition showing scuffs and scratches from normal use and removing and inserting it out of and into the case.  The meter function as expected from the few tests we did.  We're not sure how accurate it is or if it needs to be calibrated though.  The case is in good used condition showing scuffs and some small dings.  Inside the case looks like someone put some glue on the rivets that hold the plastic feel on it, probably to keep the metal from damaging the meter.  We're really not sure if it's from the factory or not.
