India 1950 large airmail cover (35 x 27 cm) from Calcutta to London with SCARCE FRANKING of 25r, 15r, 2 x 10r (SG 262, 263, 264). This is the only way of acquiring a genuine non-philatelic franking of the high value stamps, and it can easily be displayed on an album page by folding it vertically in half and placing a reduced scan of the whole cover at the foot of the cover.
For mailing, I will fold the cover vertically in half an place inside a board-backed mailing envelope. If you want me to send the cover unfolded, please let me know and I will send you mailing costs.

Please note that all sendings must be sent by tracked mail in order to be covered by insurance. Mail within the UK containing material valued below £125 will be sent by Recorded Delivery (£4.50), and by Special Delivery (£9.50) above that amount.
Mail outside the UK will be sent by the 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service (£9.50).
The above prices include packaging in special board backed envelopes and are for sendings up to 100 grams. Heavier packages are charged pro rata at cost. Buyers can, of course, elect to upgrade the mail service, i.e. choose Special Delivery instead of Recorded Delivery.
