It is a DEC RX02 or RX01 8” floppy drive power supply DEC part # H771-A as pictured. These were pulled from a working RX02 or RX01  8” Floppy drive & in good condition with marks & scratches. Pictures are of the actual power supply the buyer will receive. Sorry we cannot retest before shipping.
