USA WEST allow delivery approximately 2-5 Days, up to 1 week.

USA CENTRAL allow delivery approximately 6-9 Days, up to 1 1/2 weeks. 

USA EAST allow delivery approximately 9-12 Days, up to 2 weeks.

Item(s) shipped are shipped STANDARD ECONOMY shipping.

Therefore your item will ship snail mail with USPS & or UPS.

If you want your item(s) quicker (FEDX), then there would be an extra FEE charged,

depending on how quick you want your item.

Due to the WINTER SEASON,

I have had several customers ask me where there package was

& why it was taking so long....

USPS had told me due to SEVERE WEATHER STORMS,

Snow Storms, Lightning, Wind, Rain etc.... POSTAL, UPS, FEDX Flights are

sometimes canceled and delayed.

I have no control of the delivery system

United States Postal Service / UPS / FEDX & I apologize for any delays.

Just be patient, your package WILL arrive.

INSPECTION

All my products are inspected

to be sure nothing is wrong with the product prior to shipment.

Unless otherwise noted on listing.

So that way my end is clear & ready to ship!

RETURNS

Any returns are ONLY ACCEPTED under these following conditions,

Returns ONLY given if the item DOES NOT MATCH the listings description.

If damage has occurred during shipment,

If package arrives and looks beat up or torn,

take pictures of package BEFORE opening it

and then open it to check the contents inside

to be sure everything arrived ok in the box.

pictures are REQUIRED of any damages

to contents as well as the box it arrived in

to be able to qualify for a FULL REFUND.
