This is an Antique Enamel Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon 5-1/2" with a bowl hand-engraved with "Olympic Range Seattle" and in enamel, a colorful image of the snow-capped mountains and water with a sailing vessel.  

The figural handle has the famous "Chief Seattle" on it.  The back of the handle has "Totem Pole Pioneer Square Seattle Wash."

It weighs about 18.3 grams of sterling silver.

It is marked "Sterling", with the triangular hallmark used by Joseph Mayer & Sons, an American company based in Seattle that made good quality silver, often with enamel.

Engraving (monograms, places, dates, etc.):   Only the design in the bowl.

Condition: Good condition.  It has some normal tarnish and light wear from age and handling.  No damaged or missing enamel.
