They are both New in Box! Were purchased New back in 2005 & 2006. 1 Owner!

Boxes show a tiny bit of wear from being stored gently. See Pictures. 

Took them out of the box for the listing Pictures. The batteries on the 2005 are bad due to age but I left them in the box just to keep everything original. -See Pictures-  *Will need to get new batteries if you want to hang it on the tree.
