This is a sealed copy of Grand Theft Auto 2 for the PS1 graded at WATA 9.6, B+, specifically the first print variety with the Pager Offer sticker.  This copy is only four points away from a "perfect" WATA score of WATA 9.8, A++.  Please note that there are zero WATA 9.8 graded copies on PSA's March 2026 population report with seven total 9.6 copies, this being one of them.

There are no visible defects with the game box per the WATA 9.6 box grade.  There are various minor issues with the seal consistent with a B+ grade such as some minor seal bubbling / distortion as depicted in the fourth photo.  There is also evidence of removal of a post-manufacturer sticker depicted in the fifth photo in the upper lefthand corner of the front of the game.

This is the second entry in the legendary Grand Theft Auto 2 franchise.  This is one of two entries of the franchise on the Playstation 1 before Grand Theft Auto 3 and the later 3D installments in the franchise.
