Full Description: Epi cacti hybrid 'INCA'S GOLDEN DREAM' Has an xs bloom with inner petals golden yellow with a yellow midstripe. Outer petals yellow-orange. Overlapping, bell shaped form. unusual tall and lanky 3-angled growth. A cross of Pfeiffera paraganiensis x 'Fruehlingsanfang'. Hybridized by Kurt Petersen and registered by Frank Supple (EPRIC) of the Netherlands. Reg. #13811. Most unusual growth, it has very skinny and long almost hair like spines, profuse bloomer in spring . Prior to late 2011 this variety was unregistered and was known as ' Neu Peterson Hybrid' |

EPIPHYLLUMS
Epiphyllums originate from tropical forest of Mexico, Central and South
and the America and the West Indies. Most grow in trees where they tuck their
roots into pockets of decaying vegetable matter which settle into the nooks and
crannies of tree branches. A few epiphyllums may be found lower down often near
rocky ground where their roots find their way into rock crevices where also is
found composted dead remains of surrounding vegetation.
