Large Chinese Dadao Sword, blade by Cold Steel, decorations and upgrades by Jesse at Karbon Steele. Features a unique pattern wrap using red vinyl strap that is extra durable for sword handles. The handle is impact resistant carbon fiber, 11.5 inches in length, cast over a full tang blade shank... handguard has been wrapped with black and red Japanese diamond pattern paracord, and secured, to protect the hands a bit better. The large 2.5 inch ring on the handle features double lanyards in black and red with tassel tails, they quickly tie to the wrist if desired. The Cold Steel blade is made of high-quality 1055 carbon steel... thick and very sharp, coated with a baked on black finish, except for the sharp edge, to prevent rusting. It is 24 inches from the handle to the tip, and continues through the 11.5 inch cast handle to a 2.5 inch ring, for a total length of 38 inches. Includes a gun metal black steel ring that can be added to the blade after it is unsheathed, as shown in the pics. Sheath is thick, reinforced nylon. Lanyards are wound cotton ending in durable nylon tassels.
