UK deliveries

Orders are shipped Mon-Fri using DPD’s next-day delivery service (UK mainland).

All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched same day (Mon-Fri, does not include bank holidays).

Customers will be informed directly of any back orders or items with a longer lead time.

Please note that for UK customers outside of the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, there may be additional charges for courier items).

International deliveries

We're proud to offer competitive shipping costs around the world. We ship daily across the globe and pride ourselves on fast delivery times. If you are unsure if we do ship to your home country or would like further information on shipping costs, please ask. If you have any special postage requirements, please tell us at payment stage.

If for any reason you are not happy with any of the item(s) ordered you must return those item(s) within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for any refund, credit or exchange. Please note a mandatory restocking fee of between 10-25% of the ordered item value(s) will apply for any non-stock product lines which were originally supplied to order.

If the returned item is found to be faulty we will also refund your shipping costs in full.

Goods should be returned to: Kage UK at DMC Distribution, Ensor House, Ensor Way, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4NQ. Please include a full copy of your original order invoice or invoice details (which must include your customer ID, your name, your account number, order reference number, order date and order details) and a note explaining your reason for return with the goods. A returns number must also be obtained before returning any item and this must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, failure to do so means the parcel will not be processed until we have had further contact from the returning party.

Items and their packaging must be returned in new and resalable condition. We reserve the right to levy a charge up to 100% of the item value at our discretion if there is any damage to the returned item or its packaging.

Please note we are unable to refund the following: Used items, cut/adapted items, items damaged in transit, the original delivery charge, special items made to order
