This is a vintage (1930s to 40s I'd say) A Lelandais Paris Streamline model hard rubber tenor mouthpiece with an S4 facing; it's in very good++ original condition. It has a number of very fine, superficial micro-flaws scattered about it, none that would compromise playability; what you'd expect from a very old mouthpiece that was played but taken care of. No cap or ligature.
